- What are peak and off-peak hours?
- Peak hours are weekdays 4pm-10pm and all day on weekends. Off-peak hours are weekdays 7am-4pm.
- Can I cancel my membership?
- Yes, memberships can be canceled with 30 days' notice. Please contact our reception desk or email us to process your cancellation.
